Are you looking for a therapist who:
As a gender-affirming therapist, my role is not to tell you who you are, but to walk with you as you discover it for yourself. I offer a space where you don’t have to arrive with labels or certainty. We can go at your pace, gently exploring your experiences, your feelings about your body and identity, and what feels most authentic to you — without pressure, judgment, or an agenda.
Together, we can also work with the emotional weight that often comes with this process: anxiety, shame, confusion, or fear of rejection. We build tools to help you feel more grounded and supported as you navigate questions about coming out, boundaries, relationships, or next steps, whatever those may be.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to deserve support. You deserve a place where your questions are welcomed, your identity is respected, and you can take the time you need to understand yourself with care.
Your privacy and safety are of the upmost importance
Unless requested (GAF letters, etc) or client added, I do not include gender-related information into your notes . This allows clients to feel more secure in opening up emotionally and receive support during these uncertain times. Feel free to ask me more!
