Hi I’m Ilana Marram (she/her), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. Glad you’re here! I provide online gender-affirming and neurodiversity-affirming therapy for teens and adults across Massachusetts. Whether you’re exploring your gender identity or navigating ADHD, I create a supportive, affirming space tailored to your needs.

About Me

Have you been feeling stressed, anxious, or depressed? Feeling unfocused, unsure how to manage ADHD, or disconnected from others and overwhelmed? Maybe you’ve been questioning your gender identity, and feeling like you don’t know who you can even talk to about this. Perhaps you’re looking to learn some healthier coping skills, reduce compulsive behaviors, and finally start feeling able to say “no” to people and mean it!

I provide online ADHD therapy and gender therapy that prioritizes each individual’s unique experience. Gender identity and neurodiversity are integral aspects of who you are, and I approach each session with respect, sensitivity, and a commitment to inclusivity.

Where I provide therapy:

I provide secure online therapy to clients across Massachusetts, including Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Worcester, Springfield, the North Shore, South Shore, and Western Massachusetts.

My goal is to offer a supportive space where you can explore your authentic self, whether you are navigating gender-related challenges, seeking tailored support for neurodivergence, or any other need. I believe in creating an environment that celebrates diversity and fosters empowerment, ensuring that your journey towards self-acceptance and well-being is met with compassion, understanding, and guidance.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
