  • Full sessions are 53-55 minutes, however some prefer shorter which are 40-45 minutes. I typically schedule clients weekly or every other week.

  • This varies from person to person, depending on individual needs and goals. Some may see progress in just a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy. I’ll provide support to you for as long as you need or as little as you need.

  • I take Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare. Cost will vary depending on your plan, I recommend signing in to your health insurance member page to see your benefits- look for Psychotherapy or Mental health/Behavioral Health Outpatient Services. Take note as to if your deductible applies or not. My out of pocket rate is $175. I also am an Out Of Network provider for all other insurances plans with this benefit.

  • Just because I’m not In network with your plan, doesn’t mean we can’t work together! Your plan may have what’s called Out Of Network benefits (most PPO plans do, not HMOs). This means that instead of a copay, you’ll pay by percentage of my rate which insurances typically cover up to 80%. I auto submit reimbursments (called superbills) on your behalf to make it easier for you! Some people also chose to pay out of pocket for sessions, especially if they do not want a health insurance papertrail of diagnoses and/or don’t want to deal with the hassle of health insurance drama.

  • No problem! Just let me know 48 hours in advance, so that someone else in need may take your spot. There is a cancellation fee for late cancels/no shows.
