You can always try a few sessions and see what you think, there’s no pressure or expectation!

  • Full sessions are 53-55 minutes, however some prefer shorter which are 40-45 minutes. I typically schedule clients weekly or every other week.

  • Yes — you must be physically located in Massachusetts or Vermont during sessions, as I am only licensed in those states.

  • I take Aetna and United Healthcare in Massachusetts. My out of pocket rate is $175. Cost with health insurance will vary depending on your plan, I recommend signing in to your health insurance member page to see your benefits- look for Psychotherapy or Mental health/Behavioral Health Outpatient Services. Take note as to if your deductible applies or not.

I also am an Out Of Network provider for all other insurances plans with this benefit. Visit my Insurance/Fees for more information.

  • Just because I’m not In network with your plan, doesn’t mean we can’t work together! Your plan may have what’s called Out Of Network benefits (most PPO plans do, not HMOs).

This means that instead of a copay, you’ll pay by percentage of my rate which insurances typically cover up to 80%. I auto submit reimbursements (called superbills) on your behalf to make it easier for you!

Some people also chose to pay out of pocket for sessions, especially if they do not want a health insurance paper trail of diagnoses and/or don’t want to deal with the hassle of health insurance drama.

  • Need to cancel? No problem! Just let me know at least 48 hours in advance, so that someone else in need may take your spot. There is a fee of $89 for late cancellations/no shows.
